Mirage

A native of New York, Denise Baron — known to audiences as "Mirage" — has captivated stages around the world for more than twenty years. As both a lead and background vocalist, she has earned an international reputation for a voice and stage presence that command every room she enters.

Mirage's career took off in San Diego in the early 1990s, where she lit up the city's nightlife at venues including Café Vid, Sibyl's Down Under, Smoky's, and Boogie's, and shared the stage with R&B recording artists Troop and Johnny Gill and reggae artist Gregory Iacca. Her talents carried over to the screen with featured appearances on Cox Television, Ocean Bay Watch, the talk show The Other Half, and the Fox film The Audition.

Her artistry then took her overseas, touring nightclubs across Japan — Nagoya, Okazaki, Uozu, and Hamamatsu — and other Far East destinations to consistently rave reviews, along with three years touring Australia with the group Radiance.

Now based in Las Vegas, Mirage has built an impressive body of work with acclaimed groups including the Denise Clemente Band, The Louie Louie Show, Groove Kitty, Jonathan, Music Magic, The Perry Band, and the Just Imagine Show, and spent sixteen years as a featured performer in Hitzville the Show.

Today, Mirage continues to share her artistry in the Tina Turner tribute show, EC and the Allstars, The Motown Brunch, and The All Motown Show.
